ROC Tower
-
ROC Tower is a mixed-use tower that assumes Milan’s building regulations as a generative principle of its form. In particular, the rule linking the maximum building height to the width of the street through a 60° setback is interpreted not as a constraint, but as a compositional tool, capable of articulating the tower into three overlapping and set-back volumes, each associated with a recognizable function: Residential + Offices + Commercial.
ROC Tower offers a reading of the tower as a stratified system, in which regulation, program, and shared space contribute to the definition of a unified architectural identity. -
